Our Goal
In our work, timing is everything, especially when hiring or searching for a new job. We aim to provide clients with relevant profiles within 48 hours upon request and provide candidates with potential job openings and market information in a timely and responsible manner. We can do this due to our dedicated, lean team of recruitment professionals who have developed and fostered existing relationships with a wide range of organizations and law firms, as well as an ever-expanding pool of legal candidates in the market.
Our Team
Beta Consulting’s founder was awarded MVP awards in 2019 and 2021 and has also been widely recognized in the industry by clients and candidates for an efficient and practical approach to legal recruitment. After seven years of legal recruiting in Tokyo, the founder established Beta Consulting in 2022, intending to change the landscape of legal hiring to a more customized, flexible, and personable approach for both candidates and clients.
